İlgili düzenleme ile vergiden muaf tutulan kişilerin elde ettiği belirli tutara kadar olan kazançlarda sadece bankalar tarafından stopaj yapılacak, defter tutulmayacak, fatura düzenlenmeyecek veya beyanname verilmeyecek.
